As two engineers, we looked long and hard for a firm that used the best details to build a long lasting, watertight standing seam metal roof. Finally we found Advanced Metal Roofing. They answered all our detailed questions with ease. They use heavier gauge metal than other firms and have great details that eliminate virtually all visible screws. The only exposed screws are on a couple of boots over plumbing vents and a few diverters to keep runoff away from sensitive areas of landscaping. The details they use for flashing are highly effective and add to the beauty of the roof. They did two complicated roofs for us with varying slopes, dormers and complicated valleys. The skill and work ethic of the installation crew exceeded our high expectations. All of the metal was obtained directly from the factory and formed into panels on site. The factory uses the best paint system for metal roofs that will maintain the finish and color for the life of your roof. The price was reasonable for the heavy duty, well detailed roofs they built for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone who expects an excellent standing seam roof at a fair price.
